Keychange: Gender Equality at festivals and conferences

New project on the go! Very happy to share the news that i'm working with the PRS Foundation on their Keychange initiative, encouraging events to make a pledge towards achieving or maintaining a 50/50 gender balance across their festivals by 2022 (including live line-ups, conferences and commissions).
