Keychange: Full Network Meet-Up, London 2022

Each year, the Keychange Talent Development Programme’s participants meet-up in one of the project’s founding cities - 2022 was London’s turn, which meant that I had the pleasure of project managing the 3 days that we shared together.

Thank you so much to the 75 musicians and pros who travelled to London from around the globe to take part - it was truly an honour to host you, and incredibly inspiring to spend time with so many passionate and driven people.

And a huge thanks to everyone that spoke on panels, hosted conversations, joined workshops - UN Women, Music Declares Emergency, shesaid.so, Julie’s Bicycle, Secretly Group, Bella Union, Songtrust, TuneCore and PRS, to name just a few. And thanks too to all of our partners, partner festivals, sponsors + collaborators for joining us too, as well as OMEARA for being such amazing and accommodating hosts.

Finally, a huge thank you to the Keychange team for massive efforts to make this happen. Our ambition is to create a safe and inclusive space in which to empower and inspire women and gender minority music industry members and creators, which requires months of careful planning and so much care and attention as events are unfolding. So thank you to everyone for such incredible efforts and for making this event as special as it truly was.
