DEEZER
Between 2017 and 2023, Francine was responsible for developing and implementing editorial strategies and content throughout the Nordic and Baltic regions for Deezer, frequently overseeing UK playlist development too. Francine led various special projects during her time at Deezer, including their Eurovision activations.
NORDIC PLAYLIST
As editor of the Nordic Playlist, Francine was responsible for having curated and sourced more than 150 playlists focussing specifically on Nordic repertoire, ranging from themed/mood playlists and country specific soundtracks, to collaborations with artists, radio DJs and more.
OTHER
Francine continues to work extensively as a music and playlist curator, developing concepts and bespoke playlists for brand partners, events, venues and more, tracking down new, old, adventurous and classic songs to create seamless soundtracks for a number of settings.
With experience of working across Deezer, Spotify, Apple Music and TIDAL, Francine is also a frequent commentator on DSP developments and strategies, best practices for labels and artists and the power and influence of current playlisting systems. Head to the 'Talks' section for more information.
